Let me be blunt: wedding photography saved me. After a childhood that nearly broke me and a start to “adulthood” that wasn’t exactly…safe/healthy/smart, I needed a lifeboat to keep me from drowning in my own bad decisions. So I picked up a $100 camera and never looked back.
I wasn’t an expert at photography, but I was an expert at perseverance, determination, and finding a way even when the path wasn’t clear.
